Shane is responsible for the Project Management and leadership in our Search & Consulting Services Practice with a focus on Information Technology. This encompasses business development, project management and delivery. Venteon Search & Consulting Services deploys information technology consultants across a broad range of special projects, with a focus on ERP and financial system implementations, business processes and data management.
Shane has a long and successful history in the IT industry. He started his career partnering in HireTalent and worked there for three years. While at HireTalent, Shane was responsible for client development and project management. In addition to his entrepreneurial success, Shane also has proven success in a technical recruiting and client management role at Strategic Staffing Solutions (S3), one of the largest regional staffing firms in the United States. While at S3, Shane was assigned to one of their largest clients and became one of the company’s top recruiters.
Shane started as a Sr. Recruiter at Venteon and was quickly promoted to Director and now to his role as Vice President. Shane has won several awards in his time with Venteon, including the “President’s Award” in 2015, 2017, 2023, 2025.
