Cedric Corera

Cedric is responsible for the overall leadership and strategic direction of Venteon. Venteon is a professional services search, staffing, and consulting firm with three primary divisions: Venteon Finance, Venteon Technical, and Venteon Partners.
Since Co-Founding Venteon in 2002, Cedric has spent much of his time developing each new business line that Venteon has established over the last several years. In addition, Cedric has been a key leader in establishing Venteon as one of the fastest growing privately held professional staffing and consulting firms in the United States.
Prior to entering the recruiting profession, Cedric spent six years working in accounting for both a CPA firm and a large Fortune 500 company located in Michigan. Cedric began his recruiting career in October 1996 with Ajilon Finance, where he earned the prestigious “Rookie of the Year” Award from this international firm. In addition, Cedric received several awards for being a “Superstar” performer and was a member of the company’s distinguished “Presidents Club.” He progressed rapidly within the organization, holding the position of Division Manager and finally Regional Director.
Cedric received his Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from Michigan State University, as well as his master’s from Walsh College.
Karl Roehrig

Karl is responsible for risk management, benefits administration, and employee training and development. In addition to these responsibilities, Karl oversees Venteon’s Finance Division, which encompasses both direct and contract placement of accounting and finance professionals. Since co-founding Venteon in 2002, Karl has been instrumental in driving the growth of Venteon Finance as well as being a key leader in developing the strategic direction of the company.
Prior to entering the recruiting profession, Karl worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers in the Financial Advisory Services Division. Following his tenure at PricewaterhouseCoopers, Karl worked for a large tier-one automotive manufacturer as their Corporate Treasury Manager. After deciding to leave corporate finance, Karl entered the recruiting profession with Ajilon Finance, a leading publicly held executive search firm. While at Ajilon, Karl earned numerous awards for top performance, including “Rookie of the Year” and “President’s Club.” He was promoted to the position of Division Manager, and held that position until leaving the organization.
Karl received his Bachelor of Arts in Finance from Michigan State University, as well as his Master of Business Administration from Wayne State University.
Bob Michalak
SVP Business Development Search & Solutions

As Sr. Vice President of Business Development, Bob is responsible for business development across all lines of business within Venteon.
Venteon is a professional services search, staffing, and consulting firm with three primary divisions: Venteon Finance, Venteon Technical, and Venteon Partners. Prior to assuming his current role, Bob spent 14 years building Venteon Finance’s Search Practice, where he was responsible for overseeing the direct placement of all accounting, finance, tax, and treasury professionals. This included all new business development, candidate recruiting, staff development, training, and existing account management. In addition to the above responsibilities, Bob was responsible for running an active desk and has been Venteon’s top producer since joining the organization.
Bob began his career in accounting, working for Plante & Moran, one of the largest regional public accounting firms in the country, where he earned his CPA. After four years in public accounting, Bob spent four years at a national recruiting firm, where he earned “Rookie of the Year” honors and was the top producer two years in a row. Bob then left recruiting to take on a business development role with Marsh, the world’s leading insurance broker and strategic advisor. Upon leaving Marsh he joined Venteon.
Bob received his Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from Oakland University, which he attended on a baseball scholarship. Bob is a Certified Public Accountant.
Rachelle Winter
Vice President of Human Resources

Rachelle is responsible for overseeing the back office operations of Venteon, including acting as a liaison with the contract employees regarding payroll, benefits administration, and general assignment questions. In addition to overseeing the administrative team, Rachelle reports directly to the CEO and COO to consistently provide the best service for Venteon’s internal and contract employees, and its customers.
Rachelle began her career in the industry as a recruiter working within the administrative staffing arena. She then went on to spend four years with a national recruiting firm, where she worked her way up to become a manager, recruiting and selling within their accounting and finance practice. Next, Rachelle worked for a local retained search firm for six years, supporting the back office functions for the CEO. After that she moved to Venteon, where she has been the recipient of the “President’s Award” for her outstanding dedication and service within the company.
Rachelle received her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, with an emphasis in Human Resource Management, from Oakland University.
Joellen Barnett
Accounting Manager

As Accounting Manager, Joellen is responsible for managing the General Accounting function of Venteon and its affiliated group of Companies. This includes monthly and quarterly financial reporting, monthly financial projections, daily cash management, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and collections. She also prepares monthly commission reports and maintains the Company’s commission tracking software.
Joellen began her career in accounting as an AP/AR clerk while attending College. She went on to spend several years working for Penske Auto Centers as a General Accountant and Tax Specialist. She then moved on to Pulte Homes, a large publicly traded home builder, where she continued to gain experience in financial reporting and general accounting. Joellen began her career at Venteon in 2010 when she was hired as an Accountant. She has been promoted multiple times since joining the Company and is the recipient of our prestigious “President’s Award” for her outstanding service and dedication to Venteon.
Joellen received her Bachelor of Science in General Business from Cleary University.
Paul Pirrone
Vice President of Venteon Finance Search & Solutions

As Vice President of Venteon Finance’s Search Practice, Paul is responsible for overseeing the direct placement of all accounting, finance, tax, and treasury professionals. This includes all new business development, candidate recruiting, staff development, training, and existing account management. In addition to the above responsibilities, Paul is responsible for running an active desk and has been a top producer in the organization.
Paul began his career in accounting, working for a local CPA Firm, where he earned his CPA. After public accounting, Paul worked as a Controller for a private entrepreneurial company. Prior to joining Venteon, Paul worked several years with a national recruiting firm, earning top producers status several years and promoted to managerial positions.
Paul received his Bachelor of Accountancy from Walsh College.
Jeff Browne
Partner of Finance Search
As Partner of Venteon’s Finance Search Practice, Jeff is responsible for running a full recruiting desk, including recruiting candidates, account management and business development. Jeff is also responsible for mentoring new recruiters for the Finance Search Practice.
Jeff received in Bachelor’s in Finance and obtained his MBA from the University of Michigan – Dearborn. He began his career in corporate finance/accounting and worked for 8 years at two global Tier 1 automotive suppliers. He made the move to Sales and spent 2.5 years as a mortgage banker for one of the largest mortgage companies in the country.
Jeff joined Venteon in 2015 as a Recruiter in the Finance Search Practice and has received multiple promotions since then. In his first full year at Venteon he received the company’s prestigious “Rookie of the Year” award and has consistently been one of the company’s top producers.
Shane Lewis
Director of Venteon Partners Search & Solutions

Shane is responsible for the leadership of our Information Technology Practice. This includes new business development, recruiting, hiring and training of both recruiters and sales staff. This division specializes in recruiting developers, engineers, project managers and analysts.
Shane has a long and successful history in the IT staffing industry. He started his career partnering in HireTalent and working there for three years. While at HireTalent, Shane was responsible for client development and managing the recruiting team. In addition to his entrepreneurial success, Shane also has proven success in a technical recruiting and client management role at Strategic Staffing Solutions (S3), one of the largest regional staffing firms in the United States. While at S3, Shane was assigned to one of their largest clients and became one of the company’s top recruiters. Shane started as a Sr. Recruiter at Venteon and was quickly promoted to his role as Director. Shane has won several awards in his time with Venteon, including the “President’s Award” in 2015.
Maggie Ludwig
Manager of Venteon Finance Staffing

As Manager of Venteon Finance’s Staffing Practice, Maggie is responsible for the leadership of the contract staffing practice for Finance and Accounting professionals. This includes new business development and recruiting candidates in the Metro Detroit area and developing both Recruiters and Sales staff.
Maggie has built a highly successful career in the staffing industry. She started her staffing career within the home healthcare and professional services arena overseeing the daily operations and growth of the divisions. Maggie then helped manage a technical startup and continued her career in the growth of an international staffing company within the local area to support surrounding manufacturing companies with their hiring needs. During her career she has won “Rookie of the year”, “Employee of the year”, “Manager of the Year as well as “Recruiter of the year” awards. She has been a top producer at each of the companies she has supported.
Maggie graduated magna cum laude with an Associate Degree in Computer Science from Henry Ford Community College.
Sarah Shook (Koerber)

As Manager of Venteon Technical’s Staffing Practice, Sarah is responsible for managing contract, contract to hire and direct placements for Engineering and Manufacturing Professionals. This includes new business development, recruiting candidates and coaching and developing her team.
Sarah began her career in staffing over 10 years ago. Her first job after college was working at Adecco Engineering and Technical as a Technical Recruiter focusing mainly on Engineering and Manufacturing. In her first year she placed over 45 candidates & ranked 12th in her region. She found her passion with recruiting and account management early on. Sarah’s experience includes candidate recruiting, account management and training and development. In addition to the above responsibilities Sarah is responsible for running a full recruiting desk.
Sarah started out at Venteon as a Team Lead & Senior Recruiter, in the Technical Staffing Division. During her first full year at Venteon she received awards for “Most Improved’, “Override Producer of the Year”, “Outstanding Production”, and “Arrowhead” a company paid tropical vacation.
Sarah was recently promoted to Manager and has continued to be successful in developing her team and supporting her clients.
Sarah received her Bachelor of Science Degree as well as her Master’s Degree from Oakland University.
Brian Ray
Manager of Venteon Technical Search
As Manager of Venteon Technical’s Search Practice, Brian is responsible for overseeing the direct placement of all engineering, technical sales, construction, and other technical professionals. This includes account management, candidate recruiting, and new business development. Brian is also responsible for the mentoring, training and development of all new hires, as well as the management of the Technical Search recruiting team. While at Venteon Brian has received awards for “Outstanding Production” and “Arrowhead”.
Brian spent the first 7 years of his career in engineering, focused on technical problem solving. He was tasked with leading teams in solving complex technical problems for OEM and Tier 1 automotive suppliers, defense contractors, and other Fortune 500 vehicle manufacturing, product development, and food processing companies. Brian left engineering for a career in sales, spending two years in SaaS sales before joining Venteon in 2012.
Gregg Hubbard
Senior Partner of Venteon Technical Search
As Senior Partner of Venteon Technical’s Search Practice, Gregg is responsible for the direct placement of engineering and manufacturing candidates as well as skilled trades and sales professionals. Some of his responsibilities include new business development, candidate recruiting and account management. Gregg started his career with Venteon in 2012 doing staffing sales and account management and has received several promotions since joining the company.
While at Venteon, Gregg has been the top producer in the Technical Division and one of the top producers in the company. He has been recognized for his outstanding production and his accomplishments include: Rookie of the Year, Arrowhead Trip Winner, Staffing Producer of the Year and Search Producer of the Year. Through his persistent drive, competitive nature, and commitment to excellence, Gregg succeeds in building ongoing relationships with industry leaders and providing a stellar level of service to his clients.
Gregg began his career working in the staffing industry over 15 years ago with some nationally recognized staffing firms. He has developed a strong passion for the Staffing & Recruiting Industry, and he enjoys exceeding expectations by identifying key customer needs and objectives while delivering cost effective, value added solutions.
Adam Barry
Partner of Venteon Technical Search
As Partner of Venteon Technical’s Search Practice, Adam is responsible for running a full recruiting desk, including recruiting candidates, account management and business development. Adam also assists in mentoring new recruiters.
Adam began his career at Venteon as a Recruiter in the Technical Staffing Division. In his first full year at Venteon he received awards for “Rookie of the Year”, “Outstanding Production”, and “Arrowhead”, a company paid tropical vacation.
Adam was recently promoted to Partner and has consistently been one of the company’s top producers since starting his career at Venteon in 2014.

Roslyn Rice
Director of Harvard Resource Solutions

As Director of Harvard Resource Solutions, Roslyn is responsible for the leadership of Harvard’s Detroit Office Professional staffing division, managing contract, contract to hire and direct hire placements. This division is responsible for staffing in the areas of Administrative Support, Executive Support, Call Center/Customer Service, Human Resources, Project Coordination, Marketing, Data Entry and Front Desk Receptionists.
Roslyn began her career in staffing over 15 years ago as an Office Coordinator for Accountants One. She fell in love with the recruiting profession and has staffed over the years for organizations like Accountants One and a large international staffing firm. Her experience includes high volume recruiting for administrative, call center, human resources, accounting and light industrial.
Since being promoted to Director, Roslyn has been successful in developing a strong recruiting and sales team to support the Office Professional division. Roslyn has also been one of the Top Producers within the Company for the last several years.
