As Vice President of Venteon’s Search & Consulting Services Practice, Paul is responsible for leading the recruitment function and recruiting teams in both the Consulting Services and Search practices. He specializes in Search & Consulting Services recruitment within the areas of accounting, finance, tax, and treasury. Paul’s leadership ensures the delivery of tailored, strategic solutions that meet both Search & Consulting Services client needs.
His role also encompasses new business development, staff development, training, and managing existing client accounts. In addition to his leadership responsibilities, Paul actively runs a desk, consistently earning recognition as one of the organization's top producers.
Paul earned his Bachelor of Accountancy degree from Walsh College and his CPA designation. He brings a wealth of expertise, having started his career in accounting at a local CPA firm. His experience expanded as a Controller for a private entrepreneurial company, giving him valuable firsthand knowledge of the finance and accounting industry. Prior to joining Venteon, Paul honed his recruitment and leadership skills with a national recruiting firm, achieving top producer status for several years and advancing into managerial positions.
