The Client
A group of manufacturing organizations engaged Venteon Consulting Services for critical ERP initiatives involving Plex ERP, Infor M3, and Epicor Kinetic.

The Challenge
Manufacturing organizations needed experienced ERP consultants to supplement internal resources during system conversions, UAT, go-live, post-go-live stabilization, and optimization.
The work required more than technical ERP knowledge. Consultants needed to understand manufacturing operations, finance processes, user adoption, reporting, and how to work effectively across internal teams and external implementation partners.

Key Project Support
- Plex ERP Modernization: Converted two PCNs from Plex Classic to Plex UX within six months, established a new finance-focused PCN, reduced reliance on legacy customizations, improved reporting, aligned processes across PCNs, and delivered user training.
- Infor M3 Finance UAT & Go-Live: Supported General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management, Fixed Assets, Inventory Accounting, and Cost Accounting. Work included UAT scenario development, system gap identification, integration validation, user training, go-live support, and initial month-end activities.
- Epicor Kinetic Post-Go-Live Optimization: Supported a manufacturer following its transition from a legacy Epicor environment to Epicor Kinetic, focusing on daily operational stability, workflow adoption, standardized business processes, stronger reporting, reduced spreadsheet dependence, and user training.
- Process Optimization: Identified opportunities to improve reporting, strengthen workflow adoption, standardize processes, reduce manual dependencies, and continue optimizing ERP performance.
- Cross-Functional Support: Worked alongside finance, IT, manufacturing, operations, supply chain, internal ERP teams, and implementation partners throughout critical project phases.
The Results
The engagements supported clients through major ERP milestones, including system conversion, UAT, go-live, initial month-end activities, post-go-live stabilization, and continued optimization.
